If you have an active subscription you can login using the same Username and Password as SmartCAT Capture. Please note, if you do not have a valid SmartCAT Forms subscription you will not be able to use forms. Please contact your SmartCAT Sales Representative or click here to purchase your SmartCAT Forms License.
If you’re having trouble logging in it could be one of the following issues:
Forgotten Password: Please visit and follow the steps to reset your password.
Expired License: If you’re trial usage is past 30 days your trial license might have expired. Please contact your SmartCAT Sales Representative or click here to purchase your SmartCAT Forms license.
Please ensure your Prisma is charged and switched on. If you still cannot connect please go back to the home screen on your application, switch off Prisma, switch it back on and select UHF again. If you are still having issues please contact our support team.
When performing a Single UHF read user has to specify the tag memory being accessed by RF Prisma. In order to read complete memories of a specific tag “Offset” and “Length” options help set the starting and ending memory word being read by the reader.
Please ensure that the tag you are trying to write to isn’t locked and has enough space to write the data you are attempting to write to it.
Please ensure that tag is ISO 14443 and NDEF compliant. If you are not sure please contact your tag manufacturer to confirm.

Effort level refers to the scanner’s effort level while scanning a barcode. The greater the level, the higher the frequency of slices, which allows for hard to detect code to be scanned with greater accuracy.
